1. About us

Servo For Sale (servoforsale.com.au) is an online marketplace where owners, brokers and agents advertise service stations and related properties for sale, and buyers search and enquire. We are not a party to any sale and we do not act as agent for buyers or sellers.

2. Listings and advertisers

• Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, and must be authorised to advertise the business or property.
• Brokers and agents must hold any licence required in their state and comply with applicable laws, including consumer and privacy law.
• We may review, edit for formatting, refuse or remove any listing at our discretion.

3. Buyers

Listing information is supplied by advertisers and is not verified by us. Do your own due diligence and get professional advice before buying. Confidentiality deeds you accept on the platform are agreements between you and the seller.

4. Fees

Fees for paid listings, boosts and broker plans are shown on our pricing page and include GST. Broker plans are month to month and can be cancelled at any time; we don't refund partial months. One-off listing fees are non-refundable once the listing is live, except where required by law.

5. Finance

Finance enquiries are referred to our finance partner, Make My Loan. Any credit assistance is provided by Make My Loan and lenders under their own terms.

6. Acceptable use

Don't scrape the site, send spam through enquiry forms, post misleading listings, or misuse buyer or seller contact details.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from listings, transactions between users or reliance on information on the site. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
