What we collect
- Account details: name, email, phone, role and agency details.
- Listings, photos and documents you upload.
- Enquiries, messages, saved searches, buyer briefs and confidentiality deed records (name, time, IP address).
- Verification documents you choose to provide (proof of funds or pre-approval).
- Usage data such as pages viewed, to count listing views and improve the site.
How we use it
- To run the marketplace: show listings, deliver enquiries to sellers and agents, send alerts you asked for.
- When you ask for finance help, we pass your details to our finance partner Make My Loan so they can contact you.
- To verify agencies and buyers, prevent fraud and comply with law.
Who we share it with
The seller or agent of a listing you enquire on; Make My Loan when you request finance; a service provider you contact through the directory; and our infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email, payments) who process data on our behalf. We don't sell personal information.
Storage and security
Data is stored with our cloud providers, which may be outside Australia. Data room documents and verification documents are kept in private storage and shared only through short-lived links.
Your choices
You can update your profile, turn off alerts or delete saved searches at any time, and ask us for access to, correction or deletion of your information by emailing hello@servoforsale.com.au. If you're unhappy with our response you can contact the OAIC.
